Origin: Born from a simple observation: in an age of synthetic fluency, knowledge without warrant is indistinguishable from knowledge with it — until the ground fails. G-Trace asks what it would mean to map not just claims, but the grounds they depend on, and the maintenance required to keep them alive.
Open ?: What counts as warrant in a system where models can generate plausible grounds on demand? How do you represent dependence chains without collapsing them into static provenance logs? What does epistemic maintenance look like as a practice, not a feature?
Next exp.: Prototype a warrant-ground graph for a single domain and test whether maintenance alerts surface stale dependence before failure.
