Core question

Can we build a system that continuously computes the next experiment that maximizes a person's rate of capability acquisition in a rapidly changing world?

Mission

To continuously transform frontier knowledge into frontier capability through personalized experiments, evaluation, and adaptation.

Framework

SEAS — Self-Evolving Apprenticeship System. The frontier is an ocean that never stops changing. SEAS teaches you to navigate. Mission: to continuously transform frontier knowledge into frontier capability through personalized experiments, evaluation, and adaptation.

Origin

The frontier of knowledge now expands faster than any individual can absorb. Traditional apprenticeship assumes a stable craft and a master who has already arrived. SEAS treats learning as a navigational practice for terrain that is itself moving — continuously turning what's new at the edge into personal capability through experiment, evaluation, and adaptation.

Open questions

How do you make apprenticeship self-evolving when there is no fixed master? What signals tell a learner when to drill, when to drift, and when to discard? Can frontier capability be cultivated as a personal, compounding practice rather than a credentialed credentialing event?

Next experiment

Run personalized experiment-evaluation loops against frontier topics and measure capability gain over a quarter.

motto

Navigate the frontier. Keep moving.
